Job summary

Canon is seeking a Business Applications Lead to drive IT solutions within our enterprise landscape, with a strong ServiceNow focus. You will shape solution design with business requirements and lead technical decisions across design and implementation.

You will partner with stakeholders, architects and developers to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions that reduce complexity and maximize platform value.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on ServiceNow consulting and platform development experience.
• Strong understanding of service processes, architecture and design.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations across regions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and service requirements into functional designs.
• Lead functional and technical validation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Review and challenge solution designs to meet requirements and architecture.
• Assess impact across processes, data, and integrations.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to implement feasible solutions.
• Identify dependencies, data flows and risks early in design.
• Guide stakeholders by explaining technical possibilities and trade-offs.
• Ensure reuse and avoid unnecessary customization or complexity.
• Maintain consistency across requirements, designs and implementation.
• Provide SME input throughout the solution lifecycle.
