Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for the Now Platform across customer projects. You will ensure alignment of processes, data, integrations and platform decisions while promoting standardisation and out-of-the-box functionality.

As a trusted partner, you will guide delivery teams to build scalable, maintainable solutions. You will join the Dutch ServiceNow practice, shaping delivery quality and architecture governance, with ETA learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of ServiceNow experience, including leadership or architect roles.
• Knowledge of platform architecture, integration patterns, data governance.
• Experience with out-of-the-box implementations and minimizing customization.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations with strong ITSM focus.
• Advise customers on platform decisions, best practices, standardisation, and limiting unnecessary customization.
• Define architecture principles, guardrails for integrations, data, security and lifecycle management.
• Establish development and quality standards, reusable patterns for delivery teams.
