Job summary

Wypoon Technologies is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain secure ServiceNow solutions focused on Employee Portal/Employee Center and conversational AI. You will engineer prompts for LLM-based employee experiences and integrate REST APIs, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITBM components.

The role requires ~3+ years of ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Prompt engineering expertise.
• Experience designing employee portals and conversational AI is preferred.
• Security-conscious development practices and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy and maintain ServiceNow solutions per standards.
• Develop and enhance Employee Portal/Employee Center with self-service features.
• Create conversational flows for ChatGPT-style experiences.
• Apply prompt engineering to LLM-based solutions with guardrails.
• Develop JavaScript-based ServiceNow functionality (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Configure forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs.
• Collaborate with product owners and security teams to translate requirements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce ticket volumes and improve self-service.
• Perform structured testing and document solutions.
• Support platform stability, performance, and secure development practices.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance on ServiceNow and AI patterns.
