Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking a ServiceNow Business Consultant with HRSD expertise to support the HR Portal roadmap and an AI discovery programme. You will translate business needs into HRSD solutions, support development, testing, releases and functional validation, and collaborate across Employee Center, Knowledge Management, HR Case Management and workflows.

Experience with AI capabilities and SAP SuccessFactors integration is a plus.

Qualifications

Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration, implementation and integrations.
Knowledge of AI capabilities within ServiceNow is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
Support development, testing, releases and functional validation.
Work with Employee Center, Knowledge Management, HR Case Management and workflows.
Configure/prototype ServiceNow AI capabilities and assess feasibility.
Perform capability/gap and integration analysis, including SAP SuccessFactors.
Advise on licensing, costs, TCO, implementation and operational requirements.
Produce documentation, recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
