Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ServiceNow delivery experience.
• Proven capability in platform configuration and workflow design.
• Experience supporting architects and senior technical consultants in enterprise delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute build and configuration tasks aligned with architectural direction.
• Deliver AI-driven features using Now Assist and Agentic AI flow design.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Set up and model CMDB foundations, including population and data structuring.
• Design workflows and integrations using Flow Designer.
• Perform test execution, defect triage, and resolution.
• Produce clear written updates, progress reports, and risk flags for project leadership.
• Work independently following PACE playbooks and delivery standards.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to serve as a core delivery resource within a high‑performance pod. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on configuration capabilities, solid AI feature delivery experience, and the ability to execute build tasks under the guidance of architects and senior technical consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute build and configuration tasks aligned with architectural direction.
• Deliver AI-driven features using Now Assist and Agentic AI flow design.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Set up and model CMDB foundations, including population and data structuring.
• Design workflows and integrations using Flow Designer.
• Perform test execution, defect triage, and resolution.
