Job summary

ITproposal in Amsterdam, Netherlands, seeks an experienced ServiceNow CMDB & Integration Developer to support CMDB implementation and data ingestion pipelines. The role focuses on hands‑on platform development, CI class configuration, and governance‑aligned workflows.

You will collaborate with architects and consultants to translate design requirements into deployable solutions, enabling quick wins and long‑term CMDB stability.

Qualifications

8–10 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong CMDB development experience, including CI classes, data loads, and transform logic.
Proven integration experience using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and scripted APIs.
Strong JavaScript scripting capability within ServiceNow.
Experience with ACLs, roles, groups, and domain separation.
Understanding CMDB data quality principles and CI lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Configure CI classes, attributes, relationships, and lifecycle logic.
Build data loads, transform logic, reconciliation support, and CI update rules.
Implement workflows, business rules, and platform components for CMDB maturity.
Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and scripted APIs.
Troubleshoot data mismatches, transformation errors, and ingestion failures.
Document designs, integration logic, and error handling.
