Cognizant is seeking a Technical Consultant – ServiceNow to deliver cloud-based ServiceNow solutions for leading clients. You will design, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules, build workflows, and support ITIL processes across the enterprise.

Based in Amsterdam with a hybrid work model, the role requires 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, CSA certification, strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration and implementation across modules.
• Active CSA credential is mandatory.
• Strong scripting in JavaScript, HTML and CSS; web technologies used in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise the ServiceNow platform including forms and dashboards.
