Job summary

ITproposal in Amsterdam, Netherlands is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join a high-performance delivery pod. You will configure and customize the Now Platform, develop AI-driven features with Now Assist and Agentic AI, and work under architects and senior technical consultants to deliver complex tasks.

The role requires 6–8 years of delivery experience, strong JS/GlideScript skills, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ServiceNow delivery experience.
• Strong hands-on configuration capabilities.
• Experience with AI features delivery and collaboration with architects.

Responsibilities

• Execute build and configuration tasks aligned with architectural direction.
• Deliver AI-driven features using Now Assist and Agentic AI flow design.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Set up and model CMDB foundations, including population and data structuring.
• Design workflows and integrations using Flow Designer.
• Perform test execution, defect triage, and resolution.
• Produce updates and risk flags for project leadership.
• Work independently following PACE playbooks and delivery standards.
