You will ensure alignment with business objectives while driving continuous improvement for customer experience. Candidates should have over 7 years of IT experience, including 4 years in ServiceNow architecture and development, along with strong stakeholder management skills. Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
• Extensive experience across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM and CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with 3rd-party systems (e.g., Azure AD, Jira, SCCM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the ServiceNow platform fit for use and purpose.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
• Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, integration mappings, and platform roadmaps.
