Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Service Technician Supervisor on-site in Eindhoven to lead a multicultural team of technicians in our main European service lab. You will ensure high-quality calibration and repair services for test and measurement equipment while driving Lean and Kaizen improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes on-time delivery, KPI reporting, and collaboration with logistics and other departments.

Qualifications

• A mid to high-level degree in electronics or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Lean and Kaizen methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a multicultural team of technicians.
• Ensure timely and high-quality calibration and repair services.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, with a strong focus on on-time delivery.
• Support customers with technical advice and service-related queries.
• Collaborate with logistics and other departments to manage growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Apply Lean and Kaizen principles to optimize workflows.
• Use office tools to manage reports, schedules, and performance metrics.
