Fortive in Eindhoven, Netherlands, seeks a Service Technician Supervisor to lead a diverse team in our main European service lab. You oversee calibration and repair of test equipment, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the EMEA region.

With a background in electronics and Lean/Kaizen experience, you will drive KPIs to meet ambitious goals, including 95% repairs completed within 5 working days. relocation is required with a sign-on bonus to assist relocation.

A Day in the Life of a Service Technician Supervisor

As a Service Technician Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team of technicians in our main European service lab. Your role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality calibration and repair services for a wide range of test and measurement equipment. With your background in electronics and your passion for continuous improvement, you’ll drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the EMEA region.

You’ll apply Lean methodologies and Kaizen principles to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high standards. Your leadership will inspire and guide your team to meet ambitious goals, including our key performance target: 95% of all repairs and calibrations returned to customers within 5 working days.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a multicultural team of technicians.
