Job summary

Fortive in Eindhoven, Netherlands, seeks a Service Technician Supervisor to lead a diverse team in our main European service lab. You oversee calibration and repair of test equipment, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the EMEA region.

With a background in electronics and Lean/Kaizen experience, you will drive KPIs to meet ambitious goals, including 95% repairs completed within 5 working days. relocation is required with a sign-on bonus to assist relocation.

Qualifications

• Mid to high-level degree in electronics.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience with office software for reporting and planning.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a multicultural team of technicians.
• Ensure timely and high-quality calibration and repair services.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, with focus on on-time delivery.
• Support customers with technical advice and service-related queries.
• Collaborate with logistics and other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
• Apply Lean and Kaizen principles to optimize workflows.
