Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, test, electrical, service engineering, or metrology environments.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned service labs and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Maintain and improve test systems, calibration equipment, and service stations.
• Lead or support engineering changes, software updates, and service capability deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement in labs.
