Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Service Systems Engineer to drive lab readiness, automation, and measurement capability across global service laboratories. The role focuses on enabling, sustaining, and improving service capabilities while collaborating with Service Engineering, Metrology, and Design Engineering teams.

The engineer will support NPI readiness, calibration systems, and test workflows, ensuring high quality service delivery and scalable lab operations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing/test engineering, automation, and metrology environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical, software, and mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical bridge between the lab and cross-functional partners.
• Prepare labs for new product introductions and engineering changes.
• Maintain and improve test stations, calibration equipment, and measurement processes.
• Troubleshoot escalations and lead continuous improvement in lab capability.
