Job summary

Fluke Corporation is seeking a Service Technician Supervisor to lead a multicultural team of technicians in our main European service lab in Eindhoven, Netherlands. You will drive high-quality calibration and repair services for test and measurement equipment across the EMEA region.

You will apply Lean and Kaizen principles to streamline processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time delivery. The role requires English proficiency and strong leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Mid to high-level degree in electronics or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience with office software for reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a multicultural team of technicians.
• Ensure timely and high-quality calibration and repair services.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, with a strong focus on on-time delivery.
• Support customers with technical advice and service-related queries.
• Collaborate with logistics and other departments to manage growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Apply Lean and Kaizen principles to optimize workflows.
• Use office tools to manage reports, schedules, and performance metrics.
