Job summary

Vestas, a global wind energy leader, seeks a Service Sales Manager to drive service contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities across UK, Ireland and Benelux. You will build strong customer relationships and act as the main commercial contact for service activities.

The role requires a track record in sales or account management, expertise in contract negotiations, and the ability to develop value propositions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
Proven sales or account management experience with service-based business models.
Strong contract management and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to develop customer value propositions and solutions.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary commercial contact for service activities.
Achieve service sales targets through new contracts, renewals, upselling, and growth within accounts.
Develop account strategies aligned with customer needs and long-term goals.
Identify and convert opportunities for value-added services to maximize contract scope.
Collaborate with sales, operations, technical, legal, and finance teams to deliver service solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations for service agreements while managing risk.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
