Job summary

CAPE Holland, part of the Venterra Group, is hiring a Sales Manager – Offshore Wind to drive commercial growth in the global offshore wind market. You will identify opportunities, manage relationships with developers and EPCs, and lead commercial discussions from opportunity to contract award.

You will coordinate across stakeholders, contribute to pricing strategies, and represent CAPE Holland at industry events, enabling international project execution and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commercial Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in offshore wind, offshore construction, heavy equipment and/or oil & gas industries.
• Proven track record in technical sales, business development or commercial management.
• Experience with tendering and negotiating complex offshore contracts.
• Strong knowledge of the full commercial lifecycle from opportunity development to project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial opportunities across the offshore wind industry.
• Build strong customer relationships and lead commercial discussions.
• Lead opportunities from qualification through proposal development and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to develop competitive, technically feasible solutions.
• Drive pricing strategies, commercial evaluations and contract negotiations.
