Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Technical Customer Agent to support our Danish, Belgian and Dutch customers within the NCE Service organization. You will handle technical inquiries, manage contract tasks, and lead customer meetings, ensuring accurate governance of turbine performance and service commitments.

Qualifications

• Technical education with a commercial understanding or commercial experience with technical know-how
• Previous experience in a customer-facing position, customer service, technical support or sales
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills. Danish or Dutch would be nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Your goal: To process technical inquiries professionally and ensure satisfied customers.
• Issue Management: Resolve customer issues and maintain good relationships
• Support: Provide first-line support and act as the primary interface for technical issues
• Contract Management: Support for end-of-warranty and service contract tasks
• Operational Leadership: Lead technical customer meetings and technical escalations
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with all departments
• Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue new aftermarket sales opportunities
