Job summary

CAPE Holland, part of the Venterra Group, seeks a Sales Manager Offshore Wind to drive global commercial growth. You will build relationships with developers and contractors, lead commercial discussions and secure opportunities for equipment sales, rentals and services.

You will collaborate across teams to position CAPE Holland’s technology in projects worldwide. The role requires an entrepreneurial, internationally oriented professional with a track record in offshore wind sales and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, commercial management, or related field.
Proven track record in offshore wind or related industries.
Strong knowledge of the full commercial lifecycle from opportunity to execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage commercial opportunities across the offshore wind industry.
Build strong customer relationships and lead commercial discussions.
Identify and secure opportunities for equipment sales, rental solutions, and services.
Lead commercial opportunities from qualification through proposal development to contract award.
Coordinate internal stakeholders to develop competitive solutions.
Represent CAPE Holland at industry events and customer meetings.
