Job summary

CAPE Holland, a Venterra Group company, is seeking a Sales Manager Offshore Wind to drive commercial growth in the global offshore wind market from our Beilen office. You will lead opportunities from qualification to contract award, building relationships with developers, EPC contractors and other stakeholders.

You will manage pricing, negotiations and proposals, coordinate with internal teams and represent CAPE Holland at industry events, while shaping market entry and growth strategies across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Commercial Management or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience within offshore wind, offshore construction, heavy equipment and/or oil & gas industries.
• Proven track record in technical sales, business development or commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with developers, EPC contractors, installation contractors and other key industry stakeholders.
• Identify and secure opportunities for equipment sales, rental solutions and value-added services.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline across priority markets.
• Translate customer needs and market developments into commercially viable opportunities.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and executing CAPE Holland's growth strategy.
• Lead commercial opportunities from qualification through proposal development, contract negotiation and contract award.
