Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV is seeking a Service & Repair Planner to coordinate the timely delivery of service orders, repairs, refurbishment and returns, while aligning with production and other teams.

You will support the Customer Focus Team, monitor performance, set priorities and drive continuous improvement, ensuring delivery dates and customer expectations are met through effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking (HBO) or equivalent.
• Experience with planning and operational/logistics processes is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; strong communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing service order flows to achieve operational objectives.
• Coordinate with production and other teams regarding order release and track progress.
• Prioritize and resolve urgent logistics and supply chain challenges.
• Safeguard delivery performance and ensure customer commitments are met.

Job description

As a Service & Repair Planner, you ensure that activities within the Service & Repair process are initiated on time, customers receive timely feedback, and orders are delivered according to agreed commitments. You coordinate repair, refurbishment, and return processes across the entire service chain and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

In addition, you play a coordinating role within the Customer Focus Team (CFT) by supporting the team with answers, monitoring performance, setting priorities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus. You maintain a clear overview of the complete Service & Repair order portfolio and translate demand into the most effective delivery plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

On a daily basis, you work closely with various departments to monitor progress and resolve any issues affecting your order portfolio, ensuring that customer commitments are met on time and with accurate feedback. With your strong communication skills, you take ownership, engage the right stakeholders, and drive solutions to secure delivery dates and fulfill customer expectations.

In this role, you play a crucial part in ensuring the timely delivery of our complex, high-quality electronic modules to renowned customers in the high-tech industry. To succeed in this position, you bring:

Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking (HBO) or equivalent;

Experience with planning and operational/logistics processes is a strong advantage, preferably within a manufacturing environment;

The ability to switch efficiently between different tasks and effectively prioritize your workload;

A structured way of working and the confidence to make decisions;

Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English; German is an advantage;

Good knowledge of MS Office and experience working with ERP systems;

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive enhancements.
