Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV, NCWS Echt, seeks a Customer Quality Engineer to act as the primary customer contact for quality complaints, coordinating RCAs and corrective actions across departments and NSK Slovakia. You will manage multiple cases with a structured approach and ensure timely communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, accepting, registering, and coordinating customer complaints.
• Coordinating complaints within NCWS and NSK Slovakia.
• Managing multiple complaints simultaneously and tracking actions and deadlines.
• Acting as the primary customer contact throughout the process.
• Requesting RCAs and corrective actions from internal teams and suppliers.
• Coordinating technical resolution with Account Engineering and other teams.
• Preparing and following up on customer audits and quality input for reviews.
