Job summary

Collé Rental & Sales is seeking a Service Mechanic in Sittard to conduct repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections of construction machines. You will work in the field, ensuring maximum availability of machines and providing excellent customer service on-site.

Job description

Function

In the position of Service Mechanic, you will be part of the field service and will be on the road to customers in Collé's working area. On location, you will independently carry out repairs, maintenance and periodic safety inspections of construction and earth-moving machines. In doing so, you will contribute to maximum availability of the machines.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Looking for, analysing and solving malfunctions using electronic and hydraulic diagrams
• Carrying out maintenance, repairs and safety inspections
• Keeping workplace and environment clean and tidy
• Communicating with customers on site

Your profile

• MBO work and thinking level, obtained through technical education and/or work experience in mobile equipment or mechatronics
• Several years of work experience as a service mechanic / field service mechanic
• Knowledge and experience of diesel, electro and hydraulics
• Problem-solving, analytical ability, service-oriented, representative, flexible, independent, team player, stress-resistant, sense of responsibility, no 9-5 mentality
• Living in the Sittard region
