Job description

We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role As a Service Delivery Manager within the Access Controlled Parking (ACP) working area—part of our Parking Operations / Delivery department—you will play a crucial role in expanding and refining our off-street mobility ecosystem. Sitting at a key intersection between commercial leads, product stakeholders, and external partners, your core purpose will be providing technical project management expertise to successfully onboard new Access Solution Providers and Partners. You will define and apply Arrive's quality standards, elevate our implementation and support processes, and help maintain vital technical knowledge as our network expands. Working closely with European sales, configuration teams, and fellow Service Delivery Managers, you will have a direct impact on standardizing processes and optimizing urban travel across Europe.

How to make an impact

  • Collaborate closely with European sales and configuration teams to seamlessly acquire and onboard new partners.

  • Drive the standardization of operational processes and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Access Controlled Parking for both internal teams and external partners.

  • Facilitate and participate in the onboarding and training process for European Account Managers and configuration specialists.

  • Act as a Key User to identify and suggest product enhancements, while actively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new off-street developments.

  • Support the Product Owner and commercial stakeholders in setting priorities for strategic developments and resolving technical or operational findings.

  • Regularly report project progress and insights to Parking Operations management in collaboration with the ACP delivery team.

About you You are a proactive, analytical, and collaborative professional who thrives on bringing order to complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You possess strong influencing and communication skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships across technical, commercial, and operational teams alike. With an innate ability to maintain a clear strategic overview while managing multiple parallel projects, you enjoy problem-solving and establishing robust standards. Your growth mindset and detail-oriented approach make you an ideal advocate for quality and seamless partner experiences.

Your background

  • Demonstrable experience in technical Project Management (at least 2 years), with a track record of managing multiple parallel integration or onboarding projects.

  • Proven experience in software testing, with specific familiarity or expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and standard API integrations.

  • Strong background in process optimization, documentation creation, and cross-functional team training.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Proven capability to collaborate effectively with commercial, product, and technical stakeholders across international regions.
