Job summary

ATG Europe seeks a Senior System Administrator to support the European Space Agency on-site in Noordwijk, the Netherlands. You will manage on-prem SCCM infrastructure, Windows Server environments, AD, and security-compliant operations, ensuring high availability and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise Windows infrastructure (SCCM/ConfigMgr, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs).
• Experience with Windows Server administration and patching.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain on-prem SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, databases, and client health.
• Monitor system availability and performance; analyze alerts; implement corrective actions.
• Support ESA/ESTEC Labs users with Windows deployments, upgrades, and hardware changes.
• Manage server patching, software update deployments, and rollback when required.
• Perform OS deployment, packaging, and task sequences for server builds; maintain automation and troubleshoot failures.
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs for audits and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate on incident resolution, RCA, and infrastructure projects with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with IT services, networking, cybersecurity, and external suppliers; work on-site Monday to Friday 08:30–17:30.
