Job summary

ATG Europe, on behalf of the European Space Agency, seeks a Sentinel System Engineer for Noordwijk, the Netherlands. The role involves coordinating internal and external support, exchanging technical status with ESA teams, and supporting Operations Boards.

You will prepare technical documentation, contribute to performance monitoring and anomaly investigations, and ensure timely responses to technical requests.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Satellite Operations, Spacecraft Development, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years in System Engineer or System Coordination role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• EU work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external support to PLS and ESA teams.
• Exchange technical status with ESA Space Segment Development Team.
• Support weekly Operations Boards and respond to technical requests.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Maintain PLS technical records and performance metrics.
• Organise Satellite In-Orbit Performance meetings with industry.
