Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to lead AI-driven transformation for Enterprise clients. You will orchestrate complex roadmaps, blend consulting with program management, and drive ROI through the Celonis Context Model.

Collaborate with Lead and Principal VE's to deliver high-impact results across business processes and ecosystems. You will champion platform adoption, engage C-suite stakeholders, and shape multi-region transformation programs while leveraging AI copilots and deep

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex workstreams and customer relationships.
• Strong background in enterprise IT and business software.
• Ability to craft executive value narratives and ROI workshops.
• Experience across multi-region transformation programs.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong bonus.

Responsibilities

• Uncover issues and own outcomes from discovery to ROI realization.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship across core business units.
• Steer global transformations across multiple workstreams.
• Use AI tools for rapid outputs while partnering with value engineers.
• Develop expansion roadmaps and provide feedback to R&D.
