Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Value Engineer to drive AI-enabled transformations within the Public sector in Amsterdam. You will combine consulting, project management, and hands-on data work to shape end-to-end value journeys.

Working with Senior VEs and the Sales team, you’ll map Celonis into customers’ tech stacks, create initial business cases, and support change activities to unlock ROI and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years with consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software.
• AI & Technical fluency: background in enterprise IT/SaaS; AI-fluent operator.
• Builder mentality: comfortable with ambiguity and customer value focus.
• Process improvement: understands methodologies and aims to realize value.
• Stakeholder & program management: manage milestones and present to stakeholders; fluent English/Dutch.
• Domain & industry: understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Public Sector.

Responsibilities

• Value selling & realization: help discover opportunities and map Celonis into the customer’s tech stack.
• Stakeholder management: engage with project managers and middle management to build momentum.
• Program management: assist in executing transformation programs and track milestones.
• Platform & AI fluency: use AI tools for outputs while partnering with engineers for solution builds.
• Scale value & innovation: identify expansion opportunities and provide feedback to product teams.
