Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI- and data-driven transformation for the Public sector in the Netherlands. You will collaborate with senior colleagues to orchestrate end-to-end value journeys using the Celonis Context Model across citizen administration and services ecosystems.

Your role includes value storytelling, stakeholder management, AI-enabled delivery, and building strategic roadmaps that expand Celonis adoption, underpinned by strong English and Dutch communication.

Qualifications

5+ years leading complex workstreams and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
Strong background in enterprise IT and business software; AI copilots used to generate outputs and automations.
Ability to set direction within an account team and drive customer value.
Experience in process improvement and value realization.
Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region transformation programs with VP/Director sponsorship.
Fluent English and Dutch communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

Uncover issues, own outcomes, and tell value stories to executives.
Cultivate executive sponsorship across core business units and co-own change management.
Steer global transformations across complex workstreams and AI-driven plans.
Collaborate with AI tools and value engineers to enable platform adoption.
Develop strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a core platform.
