Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to lead AI-driven business transformation for Enterprise customers using the Celonis Context Model. Work with Lead and Principal VE's to combine technical execution with consulting and project management to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will orchestrate complex roadmaps, drive value realization, and collaborate with executive stakeholders to ensure ROI across core processes and ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex programs and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• Experience with enterprise IT and business software ecosystems (ERP/CRM).
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a bonus.
• Strong storytelling and ROI realization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Uncover real issues and drive ROI realization across processes.
• Manage executive sponsorship and co-lead change across units.
• Steer global transformations across multi-region workstreams.
• Lead AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project governance.
• Promote platform adoption and provide feedback to R&D.
