Job summary

Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining, is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI and data-driven transformation for the Public sector in the Netherlands. You will orchestrate end-to-end value journeys, combining consulting, project management, and technical delivery with AI copilots to achieve measurable ROI.

Working with Lead and Principal VEs, you’ll shape roadmaps, manage multi-region programs, and build executive sponsorship while ensuring platform adoption and scalable impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning complex workstreams, processes, and client relationships in VE, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle).
• AI copilots usage to generate outputs and automations, minimizing heavy manual coding.

Responsibilities

• Uncover issues and own the Value Outcome from discovery through ROI realization.
• Craft executive value stories and lead business value workshops.
• Manage stakeholders and co-own change with customer leaders.
