Job summary

Celonis seeks a Principal Value Engineer to lead global AI-driven value transformations for Fortune 500 clients. You will partner with CxOs to reimagine operating models and drive value through the Celonis Context Model, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, high-impact programs.

As a trusted advisor, you will establish global change strategies, align silos, and design mega-project roadmaps, while maintaining executive presence and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Management Consulting, Value Engineering, or Enterprise Strategy.
• AI and SaaS architecture understanding; ability to lead tech-driven strategy.
• Builder mentality with global account leadership.
• Global value realization and enterprise process improvement expertise.
• Flawless English and Dutch; boardroom-ready presence.

• Stakeholder Management: align exec sponsorship and drive transformation.
