Job summary

Versuni is seeking a senior-level User Experience Researcher to join the UX Research Team, focusing on the Floor Care portfolio within Home Care. Based in the Netherlands, you will drive user-centered solutions from concept to post-launch learning and collaborate with Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Consumer Care to ensure intuitive experiences.

You will lead end-to-end research programs, translate consumer insights into actionable improvements, and champion user needs across

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in User Experience Research or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Chinese is a plus.
• Willing to work from the office at least three days per week, with one day in AMS.
• Experience with both physical and digital products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user research programs to improve Floor Care products.
• Champion the Voice of the Consumer end-to-end across product teams.
• Translate feedback into concrete improvement opportunities for roadmaps.
• Deliver actionable insights to Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Care teams.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear narratives.
