Us3 Ltd is seeking a senior UX researcher to bring depth and rigor to product discovery in complex environments. You will design and run studies, guide research strategy, and partner with product and design teams to shape outcomes.

You will conduct usability tests, user interviews, surveys, and data analysis, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and help stakeholders turn insights into concrete product improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX research experience in complex environments.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proven experience independently leading large-scale research projects.
• Hands-on experience with usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple research workstreams and priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, advisory, and communication skills.
• Experience translating research insights into practical product and design improvements.
