Us3 Ltd in Amsterdam seeks a specialist in AudioCodes SBC administration and Microsoft Teams Phone. You will manage call flows, auto attendants, and direct routing while ensuring SIP, PSTN, and telephony connectivity.

The role requires AudioCodes ACA certification and ITIL/IPCC experience, with DORA compliance familiarity. Strong analytical and workshop facilitation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• AudioCodes SBC administration and troubleshooting.
• Maintain Microsoft Teams Phone connectivity: Call Queues, Auto Attendants, Direct Routing.
• Ensure robust SIP, PSTN and telephony connectivity.
• Follow ITIL processes and IPCC incident/problem/change/configuration management.
• Demonstrate stakeholder management and facilitate workshops.
