Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Unified Communications Engineer in Amsterdam to lead the configuration, maintenance and evolution of our UC and telephony platforms, including AudioCodes SBC and Microsoft Teams Phone. You will drive complex migrations, provide 3rd-line support and guide architectural decisions across cloud-based UC environments.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional experience in Unified Communications, telephony or related domain.
• ACA certification is required; ACP certification is an advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBC administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise UC and telephony platforms in complex changes or migrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices.
• Experience with incident, problem, change and configuration management (IPCC).
• Experience providing senior-level or 3rd-line technical support.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and develop UC and telephony platforms including AudioCodes SBC and Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Manage complex UC changes, migrations and improvement initiatives in a cloud-based environment.
• Provide 3rd-line operational support for Microsoft and AudioCodes components.
• Diagnose and resolve complex telephony, voice and connectivity issues.
• Log incidents and changes; coordinate with vendors and partners.
• Maintain accurate UC documentation and designs.
• Lead technical workshops, testing, UAT and validation sessions.
• Collaborate on UC architecture, designs and implementation changes.
