Job summary

Us3 Consulting in Tilburg, Netherlands is seeking an experienced Unified Communications Engineer for a long-term contract. You will configure and support UC and telephony systems, notably AudioCodes SBC and Microsoft Teams Phone, and provide third-line support for telephony components.

You will coordinate with stakeholders and external partners, organize workshops and UAT, and maintain UC documentation while aligning with ITIL, DORA, and SCRUM practices.

Qualifications

• AudioCodes SBC administration & troubleshooting.
• ACA Certification is mandatory.
• Microsoft Teams Phone: Call Queues, Auto Attendants, Direct Routing.
• ITIL & IPCC incident, problem, change & configuration management.
• DORA compliance awareness and adherence.
• SCRUM/Agile practices and ceremonies.
• Fluent Dutch is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Stakeholder management & workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and support UC and telephony systems, including AudioCodes SBC and Teams Phone.
• Provide 3rd-line support for telephony components.
• Register, track, and document incidents in TOPdesk.
• Diagnose and resolve complex telephony and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate external suppliers and partners for incidents and changes.
• Organize technical workshops, requirements sessions and UAT testing.
• Advise stakeholders on improvements, risks and optimizations.
• Maintain accurate UC documentation and designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on architecture and design changes.
• Translate requirements into designs, epics, features and PBIs.
• Support SCRUM meetings from technical and organizational perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and support UC and telephony systems, especially AudioCodes SBC and Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Provide 3rd-line support for Microsoft and AudioCodes telephony components.
• Register, track and document incidents through TOPdesk.
• Diagnose and resolve complex telephony and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate external suppliers and partners for incidents and changes.
• Organize and facilitate technical workshops, requirements sessions and UAT testing.
• Advise stakeholders and service teams on improvements, risks and optimization.
• Maintain accurate technical and functional UC documentation and designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on architecture and design changes.
• Translate requirements into designs, Epics, Features and PBIs.
• Support SCRUM meetings from both technical and organizational perspectives.
