Job summary

EY’s Amsterdam office seeks a Senior Treasury Consultant to join the Finance Advisory team. You’ll work on multidisciplinary treasury topics for large corporates and financial institutions, focusing on TMS implementations and risk management.

You’ll partner with colleagues globally, guide junior staff, and lead initiatives driving treasury technology adoption across diverse client environments, with a strong emphasis on deliverables and impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience focused on TMS implementations.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills; basic programming on TMS is advantageous.
• International mindset and ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Proven track record in the Dutch market, as consultant or in industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key client contacts as a trusted advisor on treasury topics.
• Develop and guide junior team members to strengthen competency teams.
• Drive go-to-market campaigns on treasury topics with emphasis on TMS implementations.
• Advise on treasury and financial risk management strategies with a focus on technology and TMS.
• Work on projects covering cash management, hedging, pricing risks, and treasury systems.
• Stay informed on market dynamics to provide client-focused insights.
• Collaborate across EY teams and client stakeholders to deliver results.
