Job summary

Zanders is an independent global consultancy in treasury, risk and finance. As Project Manager you lead Treasury Management System implementations end to end, owning the plan, the budget, the governance and the client relationship, and you are accountable for delivering the agreed scope on time and to the agreed quality.

You join our Treasury Technology team, working alongside functional and technical treasury consultants, client project teams and TMS vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Treasury Management System implementations end to end.
• Strong project management discipline with governance, budgets and schedules.
• Ability to align stakeholders and lead diverse teams across client and vendor groups.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead TMS implementation projects from initiation to go-live, delivering on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans and track financials against forecasts.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish governance and change control to manage scope.
• Drive user adoption through training and go-live support.
• Coordinate resources across Zanders, client and vendors to stay within scope and schedule.
• Provide regular status updates and maintain thorough project documentation.
