Job summary

Zanders is a global treasury, risk and technology consultancy based in the Netherlands. As a Project Manager you lead TMS implementations end to end, owning the plan, budget, governance and client relationships to deliver scope on time and to quality.

You join our Treasury Technology team in a hybrid setup from Utrecht (and London) with travel to client sites as required. Your background in treasury technology implementation, consulting or vendor roles, together with strong PM skills and

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Treasury Management System implementations end to end.
• Ability to manage budgets, governance and client relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead TMS implementation projects from initiation to go-live, delivering on time, within scope and budget.
• Build and maintain project plans and track financials.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Establish project governance and manage scope changes.
• Drive user adoption and provide go-live support.
• Act as client contact and manage communications.
• Coordinate resources and ensure project stays within scope, schedule and budget.
• Provide regular status updates and document approvals.
• Direct and develop the project team.
• Share improvements to our TMS implementation approach.
• Keep pace with TMS vendor landscape and feedback to team.
