Job summary

EY is looking for a Finance Transformation Consultant to join the Amsterdam team. You’ll advise CFOs on the future of their Finance function, support large transformation programs, and help make finance more data-driven across multiple projects and geographies.

You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team, combining communication, storytelling, analytical and project management skills, with opportunities for growth and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (Digital Business, Finance, Accounting or Controlling)
• 1–2 years experience in a Finance role welcomed
• Strong interest in Digital Finance and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Advise CFOs of multinationals and mid-market on the future of their Finance function
• Support large transformation programs and data‑driven finance initiatives
• Contribute to Finance operations, FP&A, reporting and analytics projects
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams across EY offices and client sites
