Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to translate learning needs into future-proof interventions. You will own end-to-end delivery of key learning programmes, analyse needs, design and implement solutions, and evaluate impact with stakeholders.

You’ll build relationships with facilitators, manage budgets, and stay ahead on AI and digital learning trends to improve curriculum and experiences.

Qualifications

• Educational background in learning and development or equivalent.
• A minimum of five years in learning and development.
• Ability to diagnose issues by asking the right questions and gathering information.
• Strong project management skills demonstrated in complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to share your perspective on learning.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and ongoing improvement of key L&D programmes and learning journeys.
• Analyse learning needs and translate them into appropriate interventions for target groups.
• Advise on, design and implement learning solutions, and evaluate their effectiveness with participants and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal and external facilitators and develop internal facilitators to maintain high-quality experiences.
• Collaborate with L&D colleagues, stakeholders and external partners to plan and deliver programmes.
• Manage finance-related processes, including budget monitoring and learning reports.
• Stay current with L&D developments and translate AI, virtual learning and simulations into curriculum improvements.
