Job summary

Vertage in the Netherlands is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to bring our global L&D approach to life locally. You will own the NL delivery, onboarding and induction, and work with global teams to adapt programmes for language and regional needs.

You will design, deliver and continuously improve learning experiences, using modern methods and AI-enabled tools to scale development across the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or related field.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Professional qualification in L&D or actively working toward one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver global L&D programmes in the Netherlands with local ownership.
• Lead onboarding and induction for new starters in the Netherlands.
• Facilitate face-to-face and virtual workshops for employees and leaders.
• Adapt global learning content for language, regional or legal requirements while keeping core quality.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the Netherlands and with global L&D colleagues.
