Job summary

Stryker in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Tender Specialist to drive strategy and execution across the tender lifecycle, from identification to submission. You will collaborate with commercial, legal, finance, and operations teams to secure opportunities that improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.

You will monitor tender platforms, coordinate cross-functional reviews, and ensure timely, compliant submissions while maintaining a content library and forecasting reports to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of tender management, bid management, contracts, or related experience.
• Fully fluent Dutch language proficiency.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience managing end-to-end tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities on internal and external platforms.
• Lead tender kick-off and reviews to set timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate qualification criteria to support Go/No-Go decisions.
• Develop tender action plans with milestones and submission deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely activities.
• Communicate tender status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Collect and manage all tender documentation for compliant submissions.
• Maintain tender content library and forecasting reports.
