Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end tender processes from identification to evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender platforms to identify opportunities aligned with objectives.
• Lead tender kick-off and review meetings to establish timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare qualification criteria for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Develop and manage tender action plans with milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Communicate tender status, risks, timelines, and updates to stakeholders.
• Collect and review required tender documentation for compliant submissions.
• Maintain tender content library and forecasting reports for planning.
