Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Tender & Contracting Specialist to drive end-to-end contracting and tender lifecycle. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal to optimize commercial processes and enable growth worldwide.

In this role, you’ll shape offers, analyze pricing, and ensure compliance while leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency and outcomes. This position emphasizes strategic partnerships and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- or master-level degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Law or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (C2) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience as Tender/Bid/Proposal/Contract Manager or related Commercial Operations role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with business systems and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end tender, quotation, pricing, and customer contracting lifecycle.
• Develop high-quality, compliant, and commercially competitive proposals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Support offer development, discount analyses, contract implementation, and price activation.
• Act as trusted expert for tenders, contracts, pricing, and commercial processes.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders to support client strategies and negotiations.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on risks, opportunities, and performance.
• Analyze tender outcomes, contract performance, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive process simplification, digitalization, and continuous improvement across Commercial Operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and audit standards.
