Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Tender & Contracting Specialist to own and optimize the end-to-end contracting and tender lifecycle. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and healthcare stakeholders to enable business growth and exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will drive digitalization, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement across Commercial Operations Surgery, shaping how commercial agreements and bids are designed and executed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Law, Procurement or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience as Tender/Contracting manager or similar commercial operations role.
• Strong analytical capabilities translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business systems and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end tender, quotation, pricing, and customer contracting lifecycle.
• Develop high-quality, compliant, and commercially competitive proposals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
• Support offer development, discount analyses, contract implementations, and price activation.
• Act as trusted expert for tenders, contracts, pricing, and commercial processes.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders and account teams for strategies and negotiations.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on risks, opportunities and performance.
• Analyze tender outcomes and market dynamics for growth opportunities.
• Drive process simplification, digitalization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.
