Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Law, Procurement, or a related field.
Fluent in Dutch and English (C2) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience as Tender/ Bid/ Proposals/ Contract Manager or related Commercial Operations role.
Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate end-to-end tender, quotation, pricing, and customer contracting lifecycle.
Develop compliant, high-quality proposals that maximize opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
Support offer development, discount analysis, and contract activation.
Provide data-driven recommendations on risks, opportunities and performance.
Drive process simplification, digitalization, and continuous improvement in operations.
