Job summary

Axon Enterprise in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands; Germany-Remote is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise deployments across cloud and on-prem platforms, coordinating with professional services, sales, engineering, product, and customer teams to deliver mission-critical solutions.

You will manage milestones, risk, and stakeholder alignment while driving process improvements and ensuring on-time delivery in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English.
• European citizenship and willingness to undergo security check.
• 5+ years leading and delivering highly complex programs.
• Proven track record managing enterprise software deployments, infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise application programs.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects with sales, engineering and product teams.
• Mastery of program management tools and methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM).
• Experience gathering requirements and facilitating change management.
• Familiarity with software configurations and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of complex enterprise-grade product deployments.
• Oversee milestones, resource planning, scope, timeline, and risk management.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and on-time delivery.
• Ensures project milestones and deadlines are met and associated documentation supports customer acceptance for purposes of revenue recognition.
• Support pre-sales scoping and post-sales implementation handoff.
• Operates with urgency, accuracy, and detail-orientation with clear communication across teams.
• Maintain customer confidence, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Remain organized and remove obstacles through creativity and adaptation.
