Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Programme Manager / Programme Director (m/f/d) to lead complex digital initiatives in the Netherlands. Based in the Experience & Engineering team, you translate client needs into actionable plans and guide cross-functional teams of Designers and Developers to technical success.

You will nurture client relationships, manage budgets, spot opportunities for new work, and mentor junior project managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in a digital agency.
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for teams.
• Experience delivering complex online platforms embedded in IT landscapes.
• Skilled at building and developing high-performing teams.
• Speaks the language of Designers and Developers.
• Experienced with Agile/SCRUM and knows when not to use it.
• Excellent planner and results-oriented.
• High working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the client and build trust.
• Act as a conversational partner on tactical, operational and strategic levels.
• Create an environment for the team to excel and hit targets.
• Evaluate team performance and develop growth plans.
• Spot and convert opportunities into new projects.
• Support pitch teams in selling deals and showing value of DEPT's way of working.
